Following receipt of a new instruction, the broker is contacted first as a matter of courtesy to establish whether they wish to attend the site meeting. The broker is copied in on all subsequent correspondence.

A quality call is then made to the insured, obtaining as much information about the claim as possible. The initial preparation and planning ensures that the claims process runs smoothly and the insured’s expectations are managed from the outset. To ensure continuity, one loss adjuster manages the claim from start to finish. Files have a prescribed format, for our own quality assurance standards and to allow insurers to audit our files with the minimum of effort.
